Until a few years ago, the Diabetes Foundation Course run by Dr Gerry Rayman from Ipswich was an essential part of your induction to diabetes. We are very pleased to be able to work with Dr Rayman in re-starting this popular course.

We have joined forces with the Oxford Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism (OCDEM) to develop an educational programme for Year 3-5 SpRs as part of the YDF’s goal to increase educational access. |

YDF is a forum for young diabetologists (trainees and recently appointed consultants) who are members of Diabetes UK. We exist under the auspices of the Professional Advisory Council of Diabetes UK. We have revamped the website completely, based on suugestions by SpRs and other YDF members. If you like what you see (or if you don't) or would like to make comments/suggestions, do let us know! The site is now in its BETA post-launch phase, ironing out any issues raised by you, the user ...we are keen for your feedback!! -YDF Committee |
