We are pleased to announce the success of YDF Day 2010. As usual, the stellar collection of speakers did shine bright and delegates had FREE accomodation for the duration of Diabetes UK APC.

Please note:
•No registrations will be accepted without a Diabetes UK membership number.
•You will need to organise and fund your own travel to Liverpool.
•You will need to register separately for the Diabetes UK APC at http://www.diabetes.org.uk/Annual-Professional-Conference-2010/
•You will need to send a cheque for GBP115 as a deposit payment which will be returned to you at the event. Your cheque will ONLY be cashed if you cancel your place after 2nd February 2010 and we are unable to find a replacement delegate, or if you fail to attend.
•Your cheques for holding deposit should be made payable to “Diabetes UK” and sent to Elise Harvey at Red Hot Irons Ltd, P O Box 2927, Malmesbury, SN16 0WZ.
